FIFA WORLD CUP IN BRAZIL - A FIASCO?
There
have been a large number of demonstrations against FIFA CUP in Brazil. A
considerable percentage of Brazilians believe that such a poor country should
not host such an event because it draws public money from crucial areas
(education, health, security) to linen pockets of already rich and corrupted
officials and FIFA CEOs.
FIFA
does not have a reputation for being honest. Perfect occasion to accumulate
more wealth.
Keep
those things in mind before you decide to come.

WE SPEAK PORTUGUESE
Hi, gents
Some of you may already know that Portuguese is the official language in Brazil. Although English is quite popular, it won't hurt to try to learn some basic Portuguese.

WELCOME TO FREE INFO FIFA WORLD CUP BRAZIL 2014
Helllo soccer fans (football fans in Europe),
This is an attempt to answer questions about Brazil, Brazilian cities, stadiums, hotels, transportation, you name it.
Wanna know how much you will pay for a meal? A night at a 3-star hotel? Taxi fares?
Will provide inside information.
Feel free (and free is the operative word) to fire away questions.
FYI, I am Brazilian and have been living here on and off all my life. I live in São Paulo, SP which will be one of the host cities.
Great having you here.
Cheers
